Why this exists
Sector data is published. It is rarely legible. Decision-makers in regulated sectors spend more time assembling fragments — production filings, regulatory documents, market signals — than acting on them. Dashboards do not close that loop. Quantification without narrative does not move decisions. Narrative without evidence does not earn trust.
BondTrack closes the loop. Sector-scale data, quantified into forecasts and risk scores, surfaced as evidence-grounded intelligence in the language decision-makers actually use.

How it works
BondTrack is engineered on Apache Spark, using a substrate-contract architecture that separates data substrate from analytical contracts from decision-support delivery. The pattern allows the same engineering to extend to new sectors without re-platforming.
The intelligence layer combines structured pipelines (forecasting, risk modelling) with retrieval-augmented narrative generation grounded in a curated regulatory and operational corpus.

BondTrack is publicly accessible at bondtrack.org. The national view is open; terminal-level intelligence is available to registered users. Institutional engagement is underway across the upstream petroleum sector.
