Capabilities
Falcon Analytics works with regulated sectors in four modes: platform engineering, sector intelligence, operator advisory, and capability development. Each is informed by direct experience building and operating BondTrack.
Platform engineering
End-to-end builds of sector-scale intelligence platforms.
- What it is.
- A production analytical platform built for a defined sector — data substrate, analytical pipelines, decision-support interfaces. The same architectural pattern that underpins BondTrack, applied to a new sector or institutional remit.
- When to engage.
- When the goal is working analytical infrastructure rather than a study or a dashboard. When the sector data is large, fragmented, and continuously updated. When the build must be operable, not just delivered.
- What you receive.
- A production system, the analytical models behind it, the data pipelines feeding it, and the operational documentation to run it.
- Engagement shape.
- Project-based, typically 3 to 9 months, with optional operate-and-maintain continuation.
Sector intelligence
Bespoke analytical builds against defined sector questions.
- What it is.
- A quantitative analysis of a sector question — forecasting, risk modelling, market or operational study — delivered with evidence-grounded narrative. The analytical discipline that drives BondTrack, applied to a single defined question rather than a continuous platform.
- When to engage.
- When there is a specific sector question that needs a credible answer, defensible to institutional scrutiny. When the answer must combine quantitative rigour with narrative legibility.
- What you receive.
- A quantified analysis with full evidence trail, narrative synthesis written for decision-makers, and the underlying data and models.
- Engagement shape.
- Deliverable-based, typically 6 to 12 weeks.
Operator advisory
Strategic advisory drawn from active operational experience.
- What it is.
- Advisory on regulatory data architectures, sector analytics strategy, and intelligence platform direction. The view from operators who have built and continue to run a production sector platform.
- When to engage.
- Before a build, to define the right shape. During a build, to review architecture and direction. After a build, to assess operational maturity. When the question is "is this the right thing to build" rather than "build it."
- What you receive.
- Advisory output sized to the engagement — written assessment, options paper, architecture review, or sustained strategic input.
- Engagement shape.
- Retainer or project, light-touch through sustained.
Capability development
Analytical capability development for institutions, regulators, and operational teams working with modern intelligence systems, sector analytics, and AI-enabled decision infrastructure.
- What it is.
- Structured programmes that develop institutional capacity to design, commission, operate, and interpret intelligence systems. Delivered through Falcon Intelligence Academy, Falcon's capability-development arm.
- When to engage.
- When an institution is preparing to build, procure, or operate intelligence systems and needs internal capability to do so credibly. When a regulator or operator team needs literacy in modern sector analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
- What you receive.
- Programme delivery sized to the cohort and the brief — institutional workshops, structured curricula, capability assessments, and post-programme advisory.
- Engagement shape.
- Programme-based, cohort-sized.
How Falcon works
Engagements are led directly by senior practitioners. Outputs are evidence-grounded and openly defensible. Methodology is shared with clients, not held back as black box. The operational discipline that runs BondTrack runs every engagement.
